Basic Salary to 135,000 Euros + Excellent Bonus + Equity
Our client's high performance heat exchanger technology significantly increases heat transfer efficiency, reducing maintenance costs, CO2 emissions and losses due to vibration and fouling. The technology was developed by Shell for both Greenfield and Brownfield applications to compete against 25 year old technology. In the next stage of their expansion they now seek to appoint an exceptional Commercial Director.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the production of high quality, compliant and complete winning propositions for customers and prospects and will possess a demonstrable track record of bid management within the refining and petrochemicals market place.
You will understand the competitive landscape and market pricing and will be familiar with costing methods, contracts and risk management and have developed a comprehensive understanding of process economics to ensure a profitable 'bid to win' in line with the corporate value add proposition.
With experience of the entire sales and marketing process, you will hold a relevant degree and have at least 10 years of global business development within the downstream refinery and/or petrochemical sectors. A hardened negotiator with excellent financial management skills, you will speak fluent English and a second language would be advantageous.
Based in the Netherlands the role will entail significant local and international travel.
